　　奧盧大學(xué)共設(shè)有6個(gè)學(xué)院，分別是人文學(xué)院、教育學(xué)院、理學(xué)院、醫(yī)學(xué)院、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院以及工學(xué)院。除此之外的獨(dú)立機(jī)構(gòu)有北極醫(yī)學(xué)研究所、生物中心、電子光學(xué)研究所、奧盧信息技術(shù)中心、卡亞尼大學(xué)中心、語言中心、索丹屈萊天文臺、大學(xué)圖書館、大學(xué)出版社等。

　　奧盧大學(xué)在2008年4月設(shè)立了以其校友、芬蘭前總統(tǒng)馬爾蒂·阿赫蒂薩里的名字命名的“馬爾蒂·阿赫蒂薩里環(huán)球商業(yè)與經(jīng)濟(jì)研究所”。這個(gè)研究所隸屬于奧盧大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院，致力于商業(yè)和經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域的國際化教學(xué)與研究，開設(shè)四個(gè)國際碩士項(xiàng)目，現(xiàn)有多個(gè)國家的50名學(xué)生在該研究所學(xué)習(xí)。

　　奧盧大學(xué)（芬蘭語：Oulun yliopisto），是芬蘭北部城市奧盧的一所公立綜合性大學(xué)，是LAOTSE成員學(xué)校。1958年7月8日，時(shí)任芬蘭總統(tǒng)烏爾霍·凱科寧簽署了“奧盧大學(xué)法令”，標(biāo)志著奧盧大學(xué)的正式成立。最早設(shè)立的學(xué)科主要為理科、工科和師范類。[ 上海交通大學(xué)2008年世界大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)排名將奧盧大學(xué)排在芬蘭第2-3位、歐洲第125-168位和世界第303-401位。英國《泰晤士高等教育》與QS公司聯(lián)合發(fā)布的2008年世界大學(xué)排名將奧盧大學(xué)排在芬蘭第6位、世界第372位。其中，工程領(lǐng)域列世界第233位。奧盧大學(xué)設(shè)有6個(gè)學(xué)院，分別是人文學(xué)院、教育學(xué)院、理學(xué)院、醫(yī)學(xué)院、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院以及工學(xué)院。奧盧大學(xué)以研究生層次的教育為主，專業(yè)有教育與全球化，財(cái)政與管理會計(jì)，國際商務(wù)，財(cái)政與經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)，蛋白質(zhì)科學(xué)與技術(shù)，環(huán)境工程，建筑設(shè)計(jì)，極地地區(qū)的健康和福利等。

　　學(xué)科設(shè)置

　　大學(xué)的教學(xué)涵蓋9個(gè)領(lǐng)域，分布在6個(gè)系里，分別是：教育系，人文系，醫(yī)學(xué)系，科學(xué)技術(shù)系，經(jīng)濟(jì)系和工業(yè)管理系。大學(xué)側(cè)重以下幾方面的研究：生物技術(shù)，信息技術(shù)，北極問題和環(huán)境研究。奧盧市的植物園歸屬于奧盧大學(xué)生物系。它的主要功能就是服務(wù)于奧盧大學(xué)的教學(xué)與科研工作。同時(shí)也為其它學(xué)校的生物教學(xué)提供幫助，當(dāng)然植物園也對外開放。植物園花房呈金字塔形，內(nèi)有世界各地植物千余種，由于面積有限，這些植物均是從教研究學(xué)角度精選出來的。
