奧盧大學(xué)(University of Oulu)是芬蘭北部城市奧盧的一所公立綜合性研究型大學(xué)，是LAOTSE成員學(xué)校。世界排名在200名以內(nèi)，芬蘭國內(nèi)排名第4。奧盧大學(xué)是一所充滿活力的科學(xué)和教育基地，現(xiàn)有學(xué)生14，500名學(xué)生和3100名教職員工。學(xué)校的目標(biāo)是改進(jìn)芬蘭北部的教育制度，建設(shè)頂尖型的國際科學(xué)大學(xué)。
