　　誰能申請在線學(xué)習(xí)？

　　新生在課程學(xué)期開始前30天已經(jīng)獲得CoE（Confirmation of enrolment），以及已經(jīng)在讀的國際學(xué)生 ，并且滿足以下條件：

　　因為COVID-19，前往澳洲的行程或簽證的取得受到了影響，如：

　　因為封控，無法離開自己的國家前往澳洲

　　航班受限或者航班價格過于昂貴

　　因為在你的國家或省份的封控，導(dǎo)致你的簽證步驟受阻（超過了一般簽證平均48天的處理時間）
