　　誰(shuí)能申請(qǐng)?jiān)诰�學(xué)習(xí)？

　　新生在課程學(xué)期開始前30天已經(jīng)獲得CoE（Confirmation of enrolment），以及已經(jīng)在讀的國(guó)際學(xué)生 ，并且滿足以下條件：

　　因?yàn)镃OVID-19，前往澳洲的行程或簽證的取得受到了影響，如：

　　因?yàn)榉饪兀瑹o(wú)法離開自己的國(guó)家前往澳洲

　　航班受限或者航班價(jià)格過(guò)于昂貴

　　因?yàn)樵谀愕膰?guó)家或省份的封控，導(dǎo)致你的簽證步驟受阻（超過(guò)了一般簽證平均48天的處理時(shí)間）
