　　TASK TWO 主要為Expository Writing（論說文），根據(jù)不同題目，又可分為Discussion 和Argumentation兩種類型。

　　國外有些參考書分為Report 和Essay兩種。

　　一、 Discussion / Report 型

　　Discussion / Report 型主要目的是提供事實和信息或提出問題和闡述解決問題的方法。

　　二、 Argumentation / Essay 型

　　Argumentation / Essay 型主要目的是提出并論證一個觀點或假設(shè)，或者陳述及評估反方觀點，論據(jù)等。

　　Task: Many people believe that birth control will solve the problems of overpopulation and poverty in the world.

　　a. Do you agree? Give examples to support your argument. Other people, however, claim that it is inhuman to exercise birth control and that it doesn’t work well in many places. Write an argument to support either side of the issue.

　　b. Explain how your country uses birth control to solve the problem of overpopulation and alleviate poverty.
